The second step of the 5 Step PracticeHit Tennis Training Program is to develop timing skills for your  tennis stroke.  Develop timing by keeping the ball in motion. Stroke the ball every 2nd or 3rd return. Place the PracticeHit on a bench or elevated surface to practice high ball hitting skills.
