The second step of the 5 Step PracticeHit Tennis Training Program is to develop timing skills for your  tennis stroke.  Develop timing by keeping the ball in motion. Stroke the ball every 2^nd or 3^rd return. Place the PracticeHit on a bench or elevated surface to practice high ball hitting skills.
