The last step of the 5 Step PracticeHit Tennis Training Program
is to master stroke technique. This can be achieved using
the Tennis Recoil Ball as shown in the image to the left. By repeatedly practicing difficult strokes, you build muscle
memory and you become accustomed to addressing challenging strokes.
Reacting to challenging serves on court becomes second nature.
Practice challenging tennis stroke techniques such as the 2 handed
stroke. The two handed tennis stroke is used for powerful rallying of the
ball and is also friendly to those who may experience tennis elbow
pain. Mastering this stroke technique
helps you to improve your tennis game.
Clip the Tennis Recoil Ball to the PracticeHit base to provide the optimum elastic length for your
skill or exercise level. Stroke firmly to project the ball up to
25 feet, then repeatedly stroke the recoiling tennis ball. Practice
improving the accuracy of the ball trajectory as if you were playing an
opponent. Practice developing powerful hitting skills.
You can also clip the Tennis Recoil Ball to a heavy jug or container that acts as an
anchor for the Recoil Ball. |
